Red Bank is its own city, incorporated in 1955 and entirely surrounded by Chattanooga, about five miles north of downtown. It was called Pleasant Hill until 1881, when the new post office took its name from a red clay ridge the first postmaster's wife could see from her window. Today it is about twelve thousand people on six and a half square miles, laid out along the Stringers Branch valley at the foot of the Cumberland Plateau, with Dayton Boulevard running through the middle.
Much of the housing is mid-century and later: brick ranches, cottages and split-levels on established streets, with newer infill and houses climbing the ridges on either side of the valley. The ranches have long, low eaves that take a permanent track cleanly and are easy to hang seasonally too, and the ridge-side houses bring the height and walkout backs that make a permanent system worth having.
What a Red Bank install actually takes
On the valley streets, not much drama. Heights are modest and access is usually good, so the work goes into measuring the run, planning the power and spacing the fixings for a wet Tennessee Valley winter. On the ridge-side lots the back of a house can sit a full story below the front, so the rear run gets its own plan, and mature trees are checked for clearance before we decide where a line sits.
Dayton Boulevard is the commercial side, with shops, restaurants and offices along the main road through town. Those runs are usually permanent, sectioned and scheduled around trading hours, so a business never loses a day and the frontage can change with the season without anyone on a ladder.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Red Bank
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
