The Best Outdoor Lighting Experience ... Ever
I think we all have something in common. None of us really enjoy the process of putting up and taking down lights on our house or business. It’s risky, time-consuming, and tiring.
A big part of our mission at New Age Lights was to create the best outdoor lighting experience for residential and commercial use so that you have more time to stand there and admire how amazing your luminous home or business looks without all the hassle. We also want to give you back the peace of mind knowing that you will NEVER have to put up holiday lights again.
Our team is committed and experienced in the art of making your location shine. You will get a free estimate and also clear step-by-step instructions on how we will work with the structure of your building.
Once the lights are installed, You will get the power to play with over 16 million lights on your fingertips with our easy-to-use downloadable app. There’s nothing we love more than seeing your faces light up when you turn on your new lights for the first time.
New Age Lights wants to bring more than a string of bulbs to hang on your home or office. We strive to bring you an unforgettable experience that will build memories for a lifetime.
What we cover from McDonald
Our office sits at 10607 South Lee Highway in McDonald, and we work outward from there across the Chattanooga metro. That distinction matters: McDonald is where the crew and the van actually are, Chattanooga is the market we serve. From the Lee Highway corridor it is a short run north into Cleveland and Bradley County, west through Ooltewah and Collegedale, and on into East Brainerd, Hixson, Red Bank and up the mountain to Signal Mountain. If you are not sure your street is in range, call (423) 528-1240 and ask.
We install four things, and only four. Christmas and seasonal displays go up for the season and come back down, with removal and storage included. JellyFish permanent lighting and Bosso smart lighting are app-controlled tracks fitted under the roofline and left there, so the ridge-top houses that are miserable to re-hang every December only get done once. Commercial and HOA work covers storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas, scheduled around your trading hours.
What “done right” means here
The Tennessee Valley decides a lot of this for us. December here averages a high near 52°F and a low near 34°F, and winter is the wettest part of the year, so a display spends weeks wet, freezes overnight and thaws by lunchtime. That cycle, not the cold on its own, is what works a cheap clip loose. We fix to the structure rather than the shingles, run power properly, and come back during the season when something needs it.
The other half is elevation. Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain put houses on steep, wooded ground, which changes both the sightline and the access — the display is read from the valley, and ladder work on a mountain lot is not the same job as a flat lot in Ooltewah. Closer in, the historic stock around Fort Wood and St. Elmo adds its own rule: the fixture has to disappear in daylight, not just look right lit.
No hard sell at the consult. We walk the property, show you where the run will sit and what it will look like from the street, and give you a number that is the number. If one product suits your roofline better than the other, we say so — including when that is the cheaper one.
