Lighting built for Ooltewah rooflines
Ooltewah has grown fast and the rooflines show it. Most of what we work on out here went up in the last twenty to thirty years — long straight fascia, sound seamless gutter, two-storey fronts, and lots on rolling ground that fall away at the back toward Wolftever Creek. It is also close work for us: our office is a few minutes up the Lee Highway corridor in McDonald. That matters most in December, when a dark section should be a visit rather than an appointment.
Permanent lighting suits it particularly well. On newer subdivision houses a track under the roofline reads as trim in daylight, and one install covers December, a Fourth of July weekend and everyday warm white. The seasonal side is busy here too, largely because those two-storey fronts are exactly the houses people stop trying to do themselves after one attempt.
What an Ooltewah install actually takes
The front elevations are tall and wide, and the ground behind the house often drops, so a rear roofline that looks like a second storey from the street is closer to a third from the garden. That is lift work, not a step-ladder afternoon. We measure the full run on site, settle the access before install day, and fix to fascia and gutter edge so the January freeze-thaw weeks do not undo it.
There is commercial work here as well. Cambridge Square gives Ooltewah a proper town-centre frontage of shops and restaurants, and a lit facade beside an unlit one is an easy comparison for a customer to make. Retail runs get sectioned and scheduled around trading hours.

What we install
Christmas & Seasonal
Full-service holiday displays: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, in-season service, then takedown and storage.
JellyFish Permanent
Track-mounted permanent lighting tucked under the roofline. Millions of colors, app controlled, holiday or everyday.
Bosso Smart Lighting
A permanent lighting alternative with its own fixture and control system. We fit it to homes JellyFish does not suit.
Commercial & HOA
Storefronts, offices, common areas and entrances, scheduled installs that work around your business hours.
Christmas and seasonal light installation in Ooltewah
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.

Permanent outdoor lighting in Ooltewah
Permanent lighting is a slim track fixed under the roofline that stays up all year and reads as trim from the street. Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
We install two systems. JellyFish is the one most people have heard of and we are an authorized dealer. Bosso is an alternative with its own fixture and control system that suits some rooflines better. We bring both to the consult and tell you which fits your house, including when that is the cheaper option.
Commercial and HOA lighting in Ooltewah
We light storefronts, offices, entrances and common areas as well as homes. Commercial work is scheduled around your trading hours so the install never costs you a business day, and a larger property can be phased across several visits.
If an HOA, a landlord or a historic district has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult and we design to them from the start rather than asking for an exception later.
