East Brainerd is where a lot of Chattanooga’s newer family housing went, and the rooflines reflect it — mostly built from the 1980s onward, straight continuous fascia, seamless gutter, and plenty of two-storey fronts on lots with mature planting. It is one of the denser parts of the metro for the kind of house that wants a proper display: wide frontage, visible from the street, and an owner who has already worked out that the front peak is too high to be doing on a ladder.
Permanent lighting is the strongest fit here for exactly that reason. The fascia takes a track cleanly, it reads as trim in daylight, and one install replaces every December after it. Seasonal work is busy too, and the two run together — plenty of East Brainerd customers start with a seasonal display and move to permanent once they have seen the ladder work up close.
What an East Brainerd install actually takes
Height is the practical issue rather than complexity. A two-storey front with a gable over the entry puts the top line out of ladder reach, and mature trees over a driveway can make lift placement the hardest part of the day. We settle access on the site visit rather than on install morning, and power gets run to a sensible point instead of extension leads across a lawn.
The commercial side is next door. The Hamilton Place and Gunbarrel Road corridor is the metro’s biggest retail frontage, and lighting there is a comparison exercise — a dark unit beside a lit one loses. Retail installs are sectioned and scheduled so no frontage goes dark on a December Saturday.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in East Brainerd
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
